Return & Exchange Policy

All products are final sale, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Please make sure to double check your size and address before ordering. There is a 24 hour window after purchase where we can go in and change your address/size, but if you miss that window, we can't help you change your order.

Please reach out to hello@jhcollective.shop in order to change your order within the 24 hour window.

The only exception for an exchange will be if you receive a damaged / misprinted product. If this is the case, reach out to hello@jhcollective.shop with your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged product.

Shipping Policy

All Domestic U.S orders will be shipped with a $5 Flat-Rate Shipping (7-10 business days), unless qualified for Free Shipping.

International Shipping?

Due to the current tariffs and international fees, we’re only open to Canada and the US.

We thank you so much for your understanding, as we are a small business with these limitations at this time.
